Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

The liquidators give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) and having completed our duties, the Registrar intends to remove the company from the Register.

Any objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar by 24 January 2024.
