Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company in New Zealand

Public notice is hereby given in terms of section 353(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that CARLOTTA ESTATE LIMITED intends, after 20 working days of the date of this notice, to apply to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 353 of the Act, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
