Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

In the matter of the Companies Act 1993 and in the matter of AUTOTINTZ LIMITED, BUILD NORTHLAND LIMITED, DBTS LIMITED, DUDER CONSTRUCTION LIMITED, FLOW CONTROL LIMITED, FUSION SALON LIMITED, HERITAGE HOMES FAR NORTH 2018 LIMITED, HERITAGE HOMES WHANGAREI 2017 LIMITED and PRIME SIGNS LIMITED (all in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that:

1. It is intended that the above-named companies be removed from the Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the duties of the liquidations have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act.
2. Any objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 10 November 2023.
