Notice to Remove a Company From the New Zealand Register

Pursuant to Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove KITCHENER PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation), having its registered office at Level 15, Swanson House, 12–26 Swanson Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Companies Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Act, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is 10 November 2023. This was a solvent liquidation.
