Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Sections 318(1)(e), 320 and 321 of the Companies Act 1993

We, Malcolm Hollis and John Fisk, liquidators of EXLC LIMITED and EXGT LIMITED (previously trading as Leopard Coachlines Limited and Go Touring Limited) (both in liquidation) have filed our final report on the liquidation of the companies with the Registrar and hereby give notice we intend to remove the companies from the Register.

Any objection to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 9 October 2023.
