Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Limited Partnership From the Register

Pursuant to Section 96 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 and Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove ASJ COMMODITIES LP (in liquidation) from the Register pursuant to sections 96 of Limited Partnerships Act 2008 and section 318(1)(e) of Companies Act 1993 on the grounds that the duties of the liquidators have been completed and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of Companies Act 1993 have been sent to the Registrar.

Any objection to the removals under section 321 of Companies Act 1993 must be lodged with the Registrar together with grounds for such objection no later than 20 September 2023.
