Notice of Intention to Remove Limited Partnerships From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

We, Diana Matchett, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110), and Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the partnerships on 8 December 2022 by a special resolution of the Limited Partners.

The registered office is situated at BDO Christchurch, 287–293 Durham Street North, Christchurch Central, Christchurch 8140.

We hereby give notice that pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the partnerships from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 30 August 2023.
