Notice of Application for Removal of Incorporated Society From the Register

The liquidation of the above-named society has been completed and the final report and statement of receipts and payments have been sent to the Registrar pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) and the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, together with a request that the society be removed from the Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

Any objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
