Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(3) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On behalf of the directors of the above-named company, whose registered office is situated at Level 1, 24 Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland, we hereby give notice that pursuant to section 318(1)(d) of the Act it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

Any objections to the removal pursuant to section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 30 September 2023.
