Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

I, Thomas Lee Rodewald, liquidator of the above companies, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar my final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal of the above companies under section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar as follows:

HOLDFAST NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) and COSH CONTRACTING LIMITED (formerly known as UNIVERSAL PUMP AND CONTROL SERVICES LIMITED) (in liquidation) – by 1 July 2023.

JAMES TYLER (NZ) LIMITED (in liquidation) and MY TREAT LIMITED (in liquidation) - by 30 June 2023.

The registered office of the above companies is situated at the offices of Rodewald Consulting Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
