Notice of Approval of a Charitable Scheme Under Part 3 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, in Respect W H Hargreaves Trust (“Trust”)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 54 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 (“Act”) that on 19 June 2023, the Honourable Justice Dunningham, at the Christchurch High Court, approved the scheme under Part 3 of the Act, to vary the Trust by introducing a trust deed for the Trust, which will include provisions for:

1. A power of appointment / removal of trustees and a power to appoint special trust advisers;
2. A minimum number of trustees (two); and
3. Distributions of Trust income and capital.
