CANDO IMAGE LIMITED, a registered overseas Non-ASIC company incorporated in Switzerland, and an entity registered with the New Zealand Companies Office, hereby gives public notice that it intends to apply to deregister from the New Zealand Overseas Companies Register as it has no longer local representation in New Zealand effective from 1 June 2020.
