ARCHER EMERALD (BERMUDA) LTD, a registered overseas Non-ASIC Company incorporated in Bermuda, and an entity registered with the New Zealand Companies Office, hereby gives public notice that it ceased to carry on business in New Zealand effective from 11 August 2023, and that it intends to apply to deregister from the New Zealand Overseas Companies Register as it is no longer carrying on business in New Zealand.
