Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is given that the above company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand and it is our intention to close the company and get the company removed from the Overseas Register under section 321(3) of the Companies Act 1993.

Unless written objection to removal of this company is received within three months of the publication of this notice, we will proceed to close the company and get it removed from the Register.
