Public Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, LIFEAID BEVERAGE COMPANY AUSTRALIA & NZ PTY LTD (New Zealand Branch), intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the Overseas Register, not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
