Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that JPMORGAN GLOBAL GROWTH & INCOME PLC, being an overseas company incorporated in the United Kingdom and registered on the New Zealand Overseas Register, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.

Pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Act, the above-named company will give notice to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the Overseas Register no earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
