I, Jason Watanangura, Group Finance Director NBCUniversal Australia & New Zealand, hereby give notice that the New Zealand branch and business of the overseas registered company, UNIVERSAL PICTURES (AUSTRALASIA) PTY LIMITED (NZBN: 9429036288137), has ceased carrying on business in New Zealand, and be removed from the Overseas Register managed by the New Zealand Companies Office, during 2023.
