Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Public notice is given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that DELFINA SPORT PTY LTD (Company Number: 8514189), being a company incorporated in Australia and registered as an overseas company under Part 18 of the Companies Act 1993, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and to apply to the Registrar of Companies to remove DELFINA SPORT PTY LTD from the Overseas Company Register, pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, after the expiry of three months from the date of publication of this notice.
