Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, the company gives notice that the New Zealand branch and business of the overseas registered company HERRENKNECHT (AUSTRALIA) PTY LIMITED has ceased to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will be removed from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
