The advertisement notifies you that:

1. On 8 November 2022 an application for adjudication in the bankruptcy of Ritesh Pranil Krishnan was commenced in the Auckland High Court by UDC Finance Limited. Its reference number is CIV-2022-404-1648. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Thursday 20 July 2023 at 10.45am; and
2. The judgment debtor is hereby informed of the proceedings and that the High Court has ordered that service of the proceedings be effected by way of advertisement, with a date of service being one working day following the date of which a text message is sent to Mr Krishnan advising that this advertisement is being published and copies of the documents are being sent by email and to his personal Facebook page.
3. Copies of the creditor’s application for adjudication order, summons to debtor and affidavits supporting creditor’s application and the substituted service order may be obtained from the solicitor acting for UDC Finance Limited, Gregory David Trainor of MacLean & Associates Lawyers.
