1. On 21 July 2022, an application for putting NATUS METROCITY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2022-404-1233. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 17 March 2023 at 10.45am.
