This document notifies you that:

1. On 19 December 2022, an application for putting Z Y WELLINGTON LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2022-404-2423. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 4 April 2023 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
