1. On 28 November 2022, an application for putting GUARDIAN HOMES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2022-404-2255. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 10 March 2023 at 10.45am.
