1. On 17 January 2023, an application for putting BURNS GROUP 2018 LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. Its reference number is CIV-2023-412-6. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Dunedin on 2 March 2023 at 10.00am.
