1. On 21 October 2022, an application for putting PAPA PUTAIAO LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2022-404-2326. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 24 March 2023 at 10.45am.
