This document notifies you that:

1. On 17 October 2023, an application for putting AGHA JOON LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland/Tāmaki Makaurau. Its reference number is CIV-2023-404-2410. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland/Tāmaki Makaurau on 8 December 2023 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Behzad Kanani Khosroshahi and Mina Pir-Gharebahgi as trustees of the BMPAR Family Trust, whose address for service is C/: Crimson Legal, 1 St Georges Bay Road, Parnell, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Alden Ho, whose address is as noted above.
