This document notifies you that:

1. On 8 December 2022 , an application for putting KRUMBLED FOODS NZ LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2022-404-2304. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 24 March 2023 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
