This document notifies you that:

1. On 9 October 2023, an application for putting TUPOHO WHANAU TRUST (INCORPORATED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whanganui. Its reference number is CIV-2023-483-23. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whanganui on 14 December 2023 at 9.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant charitable trust, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
