1. On 24 October 2023, an application for putting MILK KITCHEN LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2023-441-60. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on 14 December 2023 at 2.15pm.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
