This document notifies you that:

1. On 12 July 2023, an application for putting MOLESWORTHS AUTO SERVICES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth. Its reference number is CIV-2023-443-35. The application is to be heard by the High Court at New Plymouth on 20 October 2023 at 2.15pm.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
