This document notifies you that:

1. On 11 August 2023, an application for putting DEMACIA HOMES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2023-419-201. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 9 October 2023 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
