This document notifies you that:

1. On 6 July 2023, an application for putting M F AND D M COLEMAN LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. Its reference number is CIV-2023-412-60. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Dunedin on 21 September 2023 at 10.00am.
