1. On 5 July 2023, an application for putting BLACK STAG DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2023-409-350. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 14 September 2023 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
