This document notifies you that:

1. On 4 July 2023, an application for putting STAR NELSON HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Nelson. Its reference number is CIV-2023-442-26. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Nelson on 1 September 2023 at 11.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
