This document notifies you that:

1. On 4 July 2023, an application for putting FUTURE FORESTRY NZ LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2023-441-26. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on 21 September 2023 at 2.15pm.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Z Energy 2015 Limited (formerly Chevron New Zealand) (trading as Caltex and including its related parent company Z Energy Limited), whose address for service is c/- Credit Consultants Group NZ Limited, Level 6, 15 Willeston Street, Wellington Central, Wellington 6011. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Catherine Louise Waugh, whose address is as noted above.
