This document notifies you that:

1. On 26 July 2023, an application for putting KAUKAPAKAPA VILLAGE CENTRE COMPANY LIMITED (in receivership) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2023-404-1547. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 15 September 2023 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Reforma Limited, whose address for service is Level 6, 66 Wyndham Street, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Daniel Mark Hughes, whose address is as noted above.
