1. On 12 May 2023, an application for putting PORTSIDE 307 LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Gisborne. Its reference number is CIV-2023-416-7. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Gisborne on 28 July 2023 at 9.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
