1. On 5 December 2022, an application for putting JDR FOOD LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2022-419-345. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on Monday 13 February 2023 at 10.45am.
