This document notifies you that:

1. On 9 November 2022, an application for putting 5FIFTY5 LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Timaru. Its reference number is CIV-2022-476-36. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Timaru on Monday 20 February 2023 at 10.00am.
