This document notifies you that:

1. On 23 December 2022, an application for putting QUALITY LOCAL PAINTERS GROUP LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2023-485-6. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on 28 February 2023 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
