This document notifies you that:

1. On 15 May 2023, an application for putting KAURI GLEN LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2023-470-46. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on Monday 3 July 2023 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
