1. On 17 August 2022, an application for putting YAKASAI ASSOCIATES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2022-404-1444. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Thursday 29 June 2023 at 10.45am.
2. The defendant company is hereby informed of the proceedings and that the High Court has ordered that service of the proceedings be effected by way of advertising, with the date of service being the date on which this advertisement is published.
