1. On 24 March 2023, an application for putting BL & PS HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is CIV-2023-463-22. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on Tuesday 20 June 2023 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
