This document notifies you that:

1. On 21 December 2022, an application for putting MANKIND INVESTMENTS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2023-404-6. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Thursday 25 May 2023 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Cynthia Rosalind Livingstone-Knight, whose address for service is at the offices of Cowan Law, Suite 4, Level 2, Heards Building, 168 Parnell Road, Auckland 1052. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Jose San Diego of Cowan Law, whose address is as noted above. Any documents may be served on the plaintiff at that address or to PO Box 137199, Parnell, Auckland 1151.
