1. On 21 March 2023, an application for putting MO’S HOME IMPROVEMENT LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whanganui. Its reference number is CIV-2023-483-6. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whanganui on 17 May 2023 at 9.30am.
