This document notifies you that:

1. On 11 November 2022, an application for putting LAL BADSHAHJI CONTRACTING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2022-470-130. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on 22 May 2023 at 10.00am.
2. The defendant company is hereby informed of the proceedings and that the High Court has ordered that service of the proceedings be effected by way of advertising, with the date of service being the last of the dates on which this advertisement is published or an email attaching the relevant documents was sent to the director.
