This document notifies you that:

1. On 17 March 2023, an application for putting CONSTRUCT CIVIL LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2023-404-418. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 5 May 2023 at 10.45am.
