This document notifies you that:

1. On 9 March 2023, an application for putting PORSE EDUCATION & TRAINING (NZ) LIMITED (in receivership) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2023-404-398. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 5 May 2023 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is the Tertiary Education Commission, whose address for service is at the office of Buddle Findlay, Level 17, Aon Centre, 1 Willis Street, Wellington 6011.
