2. On 9 March 2023, an application for putting ELITE FREIGHT INTERNATIONAL LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2023-409-96. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 27 April 2023 at 10.00am.
