This document notifies you that:

1. On 7 September 2022, an application for putting AYH HOMES LIMITED (trading as AYH Investment Ltd) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2022-404-1612. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 4 April 2023 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Zhang Law Limited, whose address for service is Zhang Law Limited, 130 Ladies Mile, Ellerslie, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitors are Xinan Zhang and Sameela Prithee Ram, whose address is as noted above.
